Please read through the information below. In order to use our time more efficiently, print and complete any requested form(s) and bring to your first visit.

Does your insurance cover acupuncture? Do you have a Flexible Spending Account?

Even though we do not bill for other insurance plans, we can provide receipts which patients can submit for reimbursement.

Also, acupuncture is almost always covered under FSAs and Health Savings Accounts.

What to Wear

Please wear loose-fitting clothing to your treatment.  Most of the acupuncture points are located on the arms below the elbows and legs below the knees.  

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the full amount of treatment. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please call 617.372.3960 or email Info@KateRuma.com.  Thank you!
